Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Cardiac Transitional Care Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.

Every other weekend

Type of patients: patients with CHF, MI, CP, arrhythmia, Pulmonary Hypertension; valvular disease, endocarditis; DKA; post cardiac cath/stent; post pacer/ICD/ ablation.

Must have (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role): Stepdown or progressive care experience, Telemetry experience, Experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications like nitroglycerine, Cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutrex, insulin drip, heparin, bumex/Lasix; etc.

Preferred or nice to have (candidates with these skills will be considered first): Experience with prostacyclins (Flolan, Veletri, Remodulin), Relief charge experience

Floating Area(s): All MedSurg units, Stepdown units, COVID unit, and ER holding.

Scrub Color/Attire - all white or all navy blue or white top and navy blue pants.
