Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed Hours 36

Shift: Days - Nights

Weekend requirement: Every other weekend (days Sat & Sun and nights Fri & Sat)

Floating: May float to all MS units

Common dx; AMI, Stroke/TIA's, Pneumonia, Renal (dialysis) afib rvr, SIRS, DM

18 beds - MedSurg with Tele capability on all beds - all private rooms

RNs nurse to patient ratios for MedSurg are 1:4 or 1:5 and Stepdown is 1:3

Will house COVID patients if needed - mixed unit with temporary walls and air handling system

2 years of experience, including experience in MedSurg acute care setting
