24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Inpatient Rehab PT

Lee Health will not accommodate block scheduling requests.

On variable weekday schedule working 2-3 Saturdays per month w/ a comp day during the week.

Acute care experience required.

Floating required- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well.

ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks from the job's listed start date.
