Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Additional Details:

Will be required to float to Inova loudoun – 30 miles from Falls Church (for full shift, never mid)

36 or 48hr guarantees

medical solutions will be conducting the interviews. Offers will be sent over based on that interview

Must be able to titrate drips,

Must have level III or IV NICU Experience

Weekends- Every other weekend,

Holidays-every other holiday.

Floating requirement- first to float MS PEDS.

Ratio- 1:1-3 in ICU, 1:3-4 in IMC.

EMR- EPIC, Navy blue tops/pants, can also wear pediatric friendly tops, Floor orientation- 3 shifts

**must float to PEDS if needed. (PICU, PIMC, or peds M/S)
