All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission
Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be discussed during interview.
Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled.
Minimum of 16 months recent CVOR experience.
Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR CSFA experience prior to travel
Must have experience with vein harvesting
In addition to agency compliance, RNFA/CSFA will be required to complete additional credentialing through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work
Perm reference is required and must be obtained from the past 12 months
Travel reference is required from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experience
BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case
Facility does not accept any license hits.
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract.
Facility has a strict do not call policy
PAPRs only accepted for travelers with medical or religious exemptions
