Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment

Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits.

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.

Shift Notes: EP & IR required experience in the Cath Lab.

Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: ASD, R/L heart cath/PDA/ EP/ GJ tube exchanges and biopsies: Peds and adult congenital hearts.

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Cath and/or Vascular IR experience.

Team is flexible on days.

Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes call.

Weekend/Call Requirements: No weekends- yes call.

Holiday/Call Requirements: No holidays- yes call.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: OR scrubs provided.

This is a sub specialty position with a broad range of skill set.
