An interview may not be available prior to offer.

ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekends and Holidays - as needed

Medical Solutions Prescreen Interview, If recommended, Auto Offer.

Time off must be approved by the facility

Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam prior to accepting (Lethal rhythms will be pass or fail and only one chance)

Cannot have another job with on assignment

Hospital provides work phone number for traveler to share

Clinician-to-Patient Ratios: 45-60 patients (monitoring virtually)

Required:

Graduation from one of the following accredited programs, including EKG Interpretation

No set schedules

Weekends: Must work 4 weekend shifts during a schedule. Weekends are Saturday, Sunday for day shift

Call: No, but can occur if the census drops and someone is on low census.

Floating Requirements: Opportunity to cross train to Virtual Patient Companion or Clinical Connection Specialists.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business casual.

Unit/Department Specific Orientation: Yes, and for the first group when we go-live there will be a mandatory in person with the GE team.
