Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Firm start date.
CVICU experience a plus but not required.
Weekend: Every Other
No block schedule requests
Guaranteed Hours: 36
48 hours can be considered but not guaranteed.
Call Requirement: Yes
Floating: Intermediate Care Unit (as primary RN) - ED holding (for admitted pts holding in ED)-- as needed basis
Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
Common Diagnosis / Treatment: STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, CABG, Valve repair/replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure, A. Fib RVR, ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose, Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR
