Experience

12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required.

6 months of experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 6 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Ratios: Varies

Weekend REQ: Every other weekend

Floating Required to 3 facilities: Community Hospital, Saint Catherine Hospital, Saint Mary's Hospital

RTO Restrictions: 5 days max. RTO blackout dates 12/20-1/2 (facility is firm on this!) No holidays.

Labs: must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing contract

Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months
