Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36, but contract gives us rights to call them off up to 3x without penalty due to low census

Weekend Hours: Every other

Call Requirements: No on-call

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Rehab (0r at least acute care)
