Experience

24 months of Pediatric Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Weekend REQ: Weekend call rotation required

Is on-call REQ? Yes; What is the req? 10 call shifts per month, including weekday and weekend. Holiday call rotation required. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? May be used as patient safety sitter occasionally

Open to accommodating block schedule? Manager’s discretion

RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.

Special Requirements: CVOR, Pedi CVOR experience required. Atrial Septal Defect repair, ECMO, Mitral valve replacement, Ventricular Assist Device, Arterial switch operation, atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect repair, ventricular assist device implant, Coarctaction of the aorta repair, ECMO insertion/decannulation, Fontan procedure, Norwood procedure, PDA repair, Tetralogy of Fallot Repair, Transposition of the Great Arteries repair, Valve Repair/Replacement.

Subcontractor Agency Travelers will need to complete an Osha Respirator Clearance - $22 agency cost. Clearance is required to be completed prior to start

Travelers must be clean shaven for FIT testing. Please ensure all travelers are aware of this prior to submittal.
