Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

3 months of travel experience is preferred.

36 months of Home Health experience is required.

Experience with Oasis is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Shift Information: No weekends- Monday- Friday

Prefer 1-2 previous travel assignments

3-5 years of home health experience is required.

Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommendedNo block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
