Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 3 years.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Skills checklist must be completed within the last 6 months for Application. Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Modality: PT- for Acute, Outpatient exp would be good

No Local Clinicians. Can screen if 50-80 miles.

Requirements: Acute exp, IP Rehab exp required

Shift: Monday-Friday; with Saturday AM coverage Every 3rd Saturday 8-12
