Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Outpatient Clinic experience is preferred from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Connecticut license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Cancer Center- hematology clinic.

Shift: Mon-Fri.

No weekends and no major holidays, minor holidays as needed.

Must have 1 year of acute care experience.

Preferred but not required: BSN, outpatient clinic experience, oncology experience.

Required - current ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy provider card.

This position may work closely with nursing in the chemotherapy infusion room, but does not directly cover or administer infusion therapies.
