24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

AA completion required

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Monument Health blackout dates for RTO are 8/1/24 - 8/18/24. Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will NOT be considered.

RRT NICU/Peds - Required

Guaranteed Hours: 36

First Time Traveler: Upon manager review with strong experience

Patient Types: Pediatric Critical Care, Neonatal Critical Care, and general inpatient respiratory care

Must be prepared to care for NICU patients if the requisition calls for that

Skills Required: Critical Care, General respiratory care experience

Floating: RT Coverage throughout hospital and ED

Will not float to other facilities, unless hired for that specifically

Orientation: Rapid City Hospital, Respiratory Care Department

Scheduling:

Weekend: Every Other

On-Call: Dependent on facility

Generally, not unless it’s planned for events like the Rally at Rapid City Hospital.

Work on holidays that fall within contract dates

No RTO during Sturgis Bike Rally – first 3 weeks of August
