Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Obstetrics and Gynecology experience is required from last 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license

No Block Scheduling.

OB/Med Surg

Day/Night Rotating

36 hours per week - 12 hour shifts. OT is not required, but may be offered.

Every other weekend and holiday.

3 Call Shifts Required in a 13 week contract

Min 2 years OB and MS experience

Floating to over units/departments: General med and labor and delivery. Possible float to ER if able.

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: Ob is a 1:1 or 1:2 depending on progress of labor. Gen med is 5:1 or 6:1 depending on the acuity.
