Requirements

Experience

3 months of travel experience is required.

24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

This unit has the contract end on Sunday not Saturday

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36

Float Requirements: AWH all inpatient units, as needed. Typically will float to higher acuity units

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend. Every other holiday

Stepdown/ Intermediate/PCU experience required.

ICU experience, preferred

Trauma Level II preferred. Ventilator/Trach experience required.

Unit Information: Med Surg Intermediate Care unit. Heavy Tele. Stable, weaning Vents/Trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, Ortho Trauma, spinal cord injury and Stroke

Scrub Colors: any color scrubs
