PTA Home Health; Physical therapy care led by the supervising PT for treatments in home. Parkland/Farmington, MO

Special Requirements:
HH, Home exercise programs, lifting and transfer, patient family education, safety and injury prevention, scheduling appointments, telephone calls, ultrasounds, BLS, wound care, PTA, good communication skills, good customer service, good time management
Preferred:
Acute care, LTAC, outpatient clinic, pediatrics, rehab hospital, school system, SNF, medications, order supplies, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, med surg, ortho, peds, wound care, EPIC, ACLS, dry needling, manual/hand therapy, lymphedema
Scrub Color: Gray for PT
Orientation: 1 week 8:00-16:30
Parking: Park anywhere in the BJC Med Group parking lot. No fees.
Compliance deadline is 3pm CST on the Wednesday of the week before initial start date.
Holiday Policy: BJC requires travelers to work 2 out of the 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day).
Fit testing: *Travelers must have facial hair that allows for proper testing or will be expected to shave. No exceptions
Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.
Background Policy to be noted prior to submission (ex: won’t accept any Background hits, will not accept DUIs, etc)
No medical marijuana cards accepted
