Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is preferred from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Guaranteed Hours: 48.

Will you accept a first-time traveler? No, need to have completed at least 1 travel assignment.

Patient Types: CHF, Respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, blood product administration, bipap, CVA overflow, post-cath patients - will see TR bands and the femoral approach; can see femoral sheaths but travelers will not pull them.

Some surgical patients – vascular, abdominal, GI, etc.

Drips: diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro, heparin – required.

Skills required: Experience with above patient types. Chest tubes, wound vacs, dressing changes, monitoring femoral arterial sheaths. Preferred - Art line.

Floating: If yes, where?
May float to TELE, Telemetry 2EW, Med-Surg, Neurology-Medical. Travelers will be first to float.

Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Every other weekend.

Holiday Expectations: Every other.

Approval of time off? Can approve 7 days off.
