Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 years.
12 months of Home Health experience is required from last 3 years.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Proof of Identification
Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Territory: Mansfield and surrounding areas
Call: Weekend requirements every 4th weekend with limited on-call. RN would only need to take call Sat/Sun 8a-5pm while they are working.
