All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

• Will position float between units: No

• Is on-call required? Ys- 1-2 nights per week and some weekends

• Are weekends required? Yes - On Call Only

• Are block schedules required? No

• What are expected ratios? 1:1

• Special requirements: Must have cardiothoracic scrubbing experience

Scrub Color: All RN: an color; RRT: any color; L&D: Not Provided

Parking Cost: No Fee

Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start.

Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler

REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA’s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked
