Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Patient Ratios: 2:1 (3:1 if low acuity)

Type of equipment : Common to ICU

Scheduling requirements: 36 hours per week – 3 – 12 hour shifts with alternating weekends.

Floating policy: As needed

Must have: General ICU experience. Titration of drips

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (Neuro ICU experience, assessment skills, CABG, CRRT, Prisma Flex, Meditech Experience Preferred

Scrub Color RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
