Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
BSN completion preferred
3 months of experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a District of Columbia license

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

Clinical Candidates must work the entire shift of the night before the holiday for the Holiday rate to go into effect; that is, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Day/Night

Must start on 4/28 or 5/5

Skills Req: PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Starting IVs

Weekend REQ: 6 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule. Weekend shift is Saturday or Sunday.

Float Requirements: Travel RNs float first

Special Procedures: paracentesis, central line placements, lumbar punctures

Scrubs: any color or print

COVID-19 - all travelers must be able and wiling to accept assignments that include COVID-19 patients

May come into contact with Covid Patients
