Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Case Management experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

Additional Details:

Rotating Weekends

Scheduling special requirements: 8-10 hour shifts

Floating policy: Floating to needed coverage area

Patient Experience requirements: face to face interaction with patients/family

Certifications: Level 1 trauma, Children’s Hospital, Stroke Center

Must have: RN previous Acute care Case Management experience

Dress Code (Required uniform): Professional casual
