Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Hospice experience is required from last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
Candidate will work On Call Mon-Thurs.
They will be paid on call hours during this time and will clock in and out for standard pay when they get called in for patient visits.
Must have housing as no facility housing is available.
Local candidate would be ideal.
No guaranteed hours.
