24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

Additional Details:
Guaranteed hours: 40
EP experience ideal.
They would be required to take STEMI call.
With rotating on-call duties, 6a-4:30p when not on call and 7a-5:30p when on call. The schedule comes out in a six-week rotation. On-call is one night per week until the call day falls on Friday.
Days off rotate, as well, and there is a four day weekend built into the schedule.
