36 months of Transplant Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

Ideal candidate will maining help with supporting Transplant cordiantors with Basic Trage skills- put in orders for testing, Put in prescriptions, schduling and support.

In conjunction with the transplant team, assumes responsibility for coordinating the delivery of care for the transplant patient.

Orchestrates the care of patients with end stage organ disease.

Education Bachelors Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. (Required)

General experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record. (Required)

General Experience in a Transplant program. (Preferred)

ICU type experience in a outpatient setting

General Experience in critical care (Preferred)
