Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from last 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.
Outpatient OT Needed
Shift: 8a-5p Mon - Thu and 8a - 1p on Fri
Weekend Shifts Required
Caseload/patient scheduling info: 6- 8 patients a day
EMR/documentation system: ReDoc for OP
Guaranteed hours/week: 36
Required Credentials: BS in OT or higher
