All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Shift: Monday - Friday (no OT, no holidays, no weekends)

Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of prior experience as a clinical dietitian working with a geriatric population is preferred

No on call required.

Special Notes: The Dietitian provides nutrition assessment, counseling, and planning upon inter-disciplinary team (IDT) referral for participants identified as being at nutritional risk according to established screening protocol or as ordered by physician. Monitor and document the participant's response to mode of nutritional therapy used.

Attire / Scrub Color: Any color scrubs

BLS Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
