Additional Details:

Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance.

Anyone granted a covid vaccine exemption must comply with weekly testing and proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

Shift: 8/10 Hour Varied. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.

Weekends, on call, and holidays may be required.

No holiday RTO will be approved for travelers

Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.

Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

Scrubs: Required and provided.

2 years’ experience current required in large OR

Ortho, ENT, and/or vascular experience a plus.

Candidate must be able to scrub.

Tme off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.

1 reference must be from current manager.
