Requirements
Experience
24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

The shift that we are currently seeking is Mon – Fri 9 -530 Our clinic sees a wide range of patients.

Someone with pediatric experience would be nice however not a requirement.

Currently on staff we have 2 PTs, 3 PTAs and an ATC. Our typical volume at our clinic would be 8-10 patients per clinician. We have 45 minute appointments for our patients.
