RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Start times range from 0630 to 0930 depending on need - End times range from 1900-2300 depending on need

The shifts are as follows: 0630-1900 0630-1900, with on call 1900-2300 0930-2200 1030-2300

Weekend and Holiday call 0700-1900 0700-0700

We do cover 7 days a week, so there will be weekend shifts.

The shifts are in addition to on call - So, she may work just 3 shifts in one week and she may have a week where she works 3 days in one week and also has an on call day, so she would technically be scheduled 4 days in one week.

Types of Cases REQ: General, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Ortho/Total Joints, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Gyn, Abdominal hysterectomy, C-sections, Dilation & Curettage, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Vaginal Hysterectomy, Scrubbing experience required, inpatient exp

Types of Cases Preferred: Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, ENT, Robotic assisted Gynecological procedures, SPD experience preferred, outpatient exp

Is on-call REQ? Yes. As needed

Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes. To Outpatient Surgery Pavilion as needed, 3 OR suites.

RTO must be included at time of submission

Special Requirements: Da Vinci Xi

Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months
