24 months of Step Down Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

Flu vaccine must be updated annually.

No Block Scheduling.

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Neuro/stroke/vent/trach Stepdown Unit Ratio for Stepdown patients 1:3-4, Ratio for tele patients 1:5

Work every other weekend and every other holiday Weekend sick calls are made up the following weekend

Floating to like unit is dependent on census admissions and discharges are part of role

NO BLOCK schedules

Must pass Ascension EKG Exam
