Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

6 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Clinician to Patient ratio: 10-14 patients/day

Type of equipment – Conventional PT equipment. Tilt tables, parallel bars, walkers, ex equipment

Must have: Experience treating acute hospital patients including trauma, stroke, debility, orthopedics

Preferred or nice to have: Burn experience nice to have, but not necessary, only if desired

Floating Area(s): ICU, General Orthopedics, Debility floors.

Scrub Color/Attire - Hunter/Forest green scrubs

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.
