Shifts are 12 hours in length and will be a rotation of days and nights. Department does self scheduling 6 weeks at a time, and RN will be asked for a willingness to work 3 weekends or a holiday during the 6 week schedule if needed to meet the patient care needs. RN will have the option of picking up extra shifts, and can schedule 4 shifts a week if desired, however the fourth shift has the option of vexing if unit census indicates this.
