The facility has a tardy policy: If clinician is more than 15 minutes late, the facility has the option to no longer use clinician's services.

Nights and some weekends

Looking for a person that has experience in a retail environment (high volume, fast-paced) as a supervisor, does not designate they will only work days, has been a supervisor in multiple places for a period of time (1 year or more)

Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of Pharmacy

Minimum Qualifications: Five years professional experience with two years of management experience; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency

1-year residency (PGY1) preferred

Minimum two (2) years in hospital practice preferred

Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred

Prefers someone who is local to the area so they can convert to FT if possible
