Requirements

Experience

12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is preferred.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

License

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

Required Education: -ASN.

Preferred Education: -BSN Preferred.

Every Other Weekend Required.

Holidays- At least one per season.

No on Call.

Mother/Baby and or Nursery Experience- Preferred.

This is a LDPR (Labor/Delivery, Postpartum Recovery) Unit- both mother/baby and L&D on the same unit Patient Ratio:

Varies everyday based on type of patients caring for. - Mother/Baby- 1:3-4 - Labor Patient- 1:2 Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days other then those that were pre-disclosed prior to offer.

Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.
