Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

34 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday. 830am-5pm (or 8am-4:30pm is fine too). It will be a hybrid position both IP, OP, typically 1-3 adult OP's per day, the rest acute hospital. Must be able to independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies.
