RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

• Skills REQ: Dysphasia Management (Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Compensatory Strategies, Hyolaryngeal Exercises), Plan of Care, Assessment/Evaluation/Discharge

Ratios: 1:6-8

• Weekend REQ: No; Schedule is Mon-Fri

• Is On-Call REQ?: No

• Open to accommodating block schedule?: No

• RTO Restrictions: No time off allowed around the holidays, Otherwise, confirm with hiring manager.

• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

Special Requirements: Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
