12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Shift: 8 hour days; 8:00AM-5:00PM or 10 hour days; 7:00AM-6:00PM; both with an hour lunch break.
Inpatient, Outpatient and Home Health setting. Will consider new grad candidates.
