Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from last 4 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Requirement: Every other. Days (Sat and Sun) Nights (Fri and Sat)

Holidays rotate in with perm staff

Ratios Follow AWHONN L&D 1-2 MB 3-4 couplets

Prefer intermediate or advanced FHM

C-section experience required: Yes

Must be able to circulate

Floating Mother baby and post partum all one unit. No floating to NICU. No floating outside of the department

Common diagnosis / Types of patients 33 weeks and above. High risk, Preeclampsia, Diabetic, Psych/Social issues, positive elicit substance use
