Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from last 4 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Patients treated per day: 8 to 10. 1 therapist per day.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Ortho-total joints, neuro- strokes, occasional brain injuries, don't see TBI; medical, and General ICU.

Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed.

What areas are they required to cover: Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed. When census is low they will float to Magic Valley Medical Center.

Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Must have 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab experience

Holiday Requirements: May need to cover holidays.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs permitted, must not match color of other departments. List of colors available upon hire.

Travelers should plan on working M-F 5 8’s to accommodate the onboarding schedule.
