Additional Details:

Desired Start Date: October 31st.

Shift and Time: 2-3 days per week in OR/ Wednesday - Friday | 0630 start time – end of case(s) | Cases are usually 4, 6, 8hr long.

Holidays Requirements: In the event of a holiday falls on scheduled workday, subsequent pay period will be reduced by holiday pay hours.

Nicotine-free facility and on a bi-weekly pay period.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSFA and Must have spine surgery experience .
