No Block Scheduling Allowed

Monday - Friday

Available if needed on week-ends, nights, etc. on a rotating basis.

Covers on call with other Coordinators Monday-Friday 24/7 and rotates week-ends for calls from staff

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university

• Three (3) years of Operating Room (OR) Nursing work experience

• One (1) year of Nursing supervisory work experience

Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in Nursing or Business from an accredited college or university

Floating: PLEASE READ - Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles.

RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
