36 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oregon license

Advanced AWHONN FHM (Preferred)

Weekend Requirement Every Other

Holiday Requirement 1 major, 1 minor, 1 difficult to staff

Mandatory call, which is (4) 4hr shifts a month

  • L&D Beds 12, 2 LDRP, Antepartum & GYN
  • OR Suites 1
  • Triage beds 2
  • Postpartum beds
  • Do ratios follow AWHONN guidelines? Yes

Common diagnoses/Types of patients Labor, Pre Term Labor, Pre-eclapmsia, Substance Use Disorders, Hyperemeis Gravidum, Pyleonephritis, Gestational Diabetes, Transient, Tachypenea of the Newborn

Experience or 'Must have' skills Couplet Care

Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips Heparin, Insulin, Oxytocin, Epidurals, Magnesium Sulfate
