Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 3 years.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Additional Details:

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Will consider Blocked schedule as long as it doesn't have to be the same days every week. For example Mon/Tue/Wed is NOT an option.

Required: Acute Care Experience

Patient Ratio 1:6 - Must be accustomed to taking 6-7 patients, fast patient turnover and multiple admissions per shift, must have IV Certification, if asked to take a 7th patient, expected to take it

General Med Surg patients, with some surgical cases, telemetry

Approved Orientation Dates 2/09, 2/23, 3/09 & 3/23
