24 months of Operating Room experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Information

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday- Friday variation of 6:30am-7pm with possible 9:40am-10pm every three weeks.

Weekend and weekday call rotation every 5th week. Weekend call is Friday-Monday starting at 3pm on Friday.

On-Call Requirement: Call response time is 45 minutes - 45 minutes from phone to be dressed in scrubs and reporting to the charge nurse.

Traveler may be mandated to stay beyond scheduled shift for patient care needs

Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization.

Required: Must have experience Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable area (3 or above).

Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.

RTO Requirements: Manager will review/approve during candidate review process. Generally, no more than 2 weeks off in a contract.
