Travel Pairs: If you are in a relationship, EMMC will not schedule you on the same days. If you are not in a relationship, you can be scheduled for the same days if not on the same shift/unit. Managers will not guarantee the same schedule for travel pairs. Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.

Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date

48 guaranteed hours

26 week contract preferred but not required.

Patient Types:

Cardiac medical and post-surgical/procedures—CHF, angina, acute MI, NSTEMI, cardiac arrest, arrhythmias, TAVR, watchman, CABG, MVR, AVR, EP studies, pacemaker/AICD, TEE, TTE, stress tests, s/p cardiac cath

All beds have telemetry monitored on the unit

Skills required:

Please ask all travelers about charge experience and include in the offer info if they have/have not worked in a CRN capacity

Chest Tubes, temp pacemakers (preferred not required), Cardiac drips (Cardizem, Amiodarone) – protocols for rate changes

Reading/Interpreting Rhythm strips

Floating: Will float as needed within scope (RN and Tech)

Weekend rotation: Every other

No call

No Holiday RTO is accepted at this time

RTO Approval: To go through Manager
