Requirements
Experience
6 months of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Minimum 6 mo- 1 year of related experience Required.

Minimum 1 - 2 years of job related experience Preferred

PEARS/PALS(Department specific requirements) Required.

In some service areas, Initial Pediatric Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behaviors (PPMAB) training must be completed within 60 days of hire and renewed annually Required.

100% of all RN's, whose job includes 50% or more direct patient care will have a minimum of a BSN by January 1, 2020. Newly hired or promoted RN's, whose job includes 50% or more direct patient care, will be limited to a BSN or higher, effective January 1, 2018. Effective immediately, and until January 1, 2018, preference will be given to hiring BSN nurses whenever possible.
