100% of all RN's, whose job includes 50% or more direct patient care will have a minimum of a BSN by January 1, 2020. Newly hired or promoted RN's, whose job includes 50% or more direct patient care, will be limited to a BSN or higher, effective January 1, 2018. Effective immediately, and until January 1, 2018, preference will be given to hiring BSN nurses whenever possible.
