Required Certifications: CBSPD and IAHCSMM/HSPA

In the interest of expediting your submission, please list the specialties/units in which you've worked in and all applicable instrumental/tray processing fields you have experience with (example: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Ortho, etc.) on your work history.

RTO must be listed at time of submittal

Floating: Unless specifically stated otherwise, travelers will be expected to float to like units within their scope, as needed based on facility needs. Travelers will receive brief orientation on the unit.

Modules: 2-3 hours

Modules are completed onsite during orientation

Modules are recorded via transcripts
